Services
Domestic
Here at RES we carry out many domestic installations ranging from rewires of domestic occupied properties, to a new build block of 31 apartments. We have multiple gangs of electricians with decades of experience and knowledge to ensure that all work is carried out to the highest of standards.
Commercial
Commercial buildings are open to a wide range of people often 24 hours a day. That means Commercial Electrical Installations have to be as safe as possible because an accident may put hundreds of lives in danger. Our commercial electricians are capable of working on a higher voltage system.
Industrial
Our industrial electricians have had years of training to ensure the required accuracy and precision. Industrial electricians are trained to handle extremely high voltage systems as well as tiny micro currents. These electrical components are often attached to or part of a facility machinery that is both crucial and expensive.
EICR (Electrical Instillation Condition Report)
An electrical installation condition report (EICR) identifies any damage, deterioration, defects and/or conditions which may give rise to danger along with observations for which improvement is recommended. The purpose of an EICR, is to determine whether the installation is in a satisfactory condition for continued service.
EV Charging Points
The electric car charging infrastructure is growing quickly in the UK, and it's going to need to continue at a prolific rate in order to stay ahead of the seismic shift in the run-up to the 2030 ban on new petrol and diesel cars.

PAT Testing
A PAT test is a routine inspection of some types of electrical appliance to check they are safe to use. Its purpose is to prevent electrical accidents in the workplace. A full PAT test should include both a visual inspection and a more in-depth check using specialist PAT testing equipment.
